Melden Tech LLC ("Melden Tech," "we," "us," or "our") operates yourtechpathway.com and the Your Tech Pathway™ masterclass, VIP Experience, and related pages (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By registering for a masterclass, purchasing a VIP upgrade, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to this policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you give us. When you register for a masterclass or purchase the VIP Experience, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Payment information for VIP purchases, which is processed by our payment provider and never stored by us
- Anything you choose to tell us in a form, a reply to our emails or texts, or during a private session
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect:
- Your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- The pages you view, the links you click, and the time you spend on the Site
- The site or ad that referred you to us
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 5
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Confirm your masterclass registration and send your Zoom link
- Send event reminders by email and text message
- Deliver the Action Guide, book your private session, and provide the VIP Experience if you purchase it
- Send a calendar invitation for the masterclass
- Tell you about related offers, including the VIP upgrade and future masterclasses
- Invite you to the Techxpert® community
- Process payments and keep records of purchases
- Measure how our ads and pages perform and improve the Site
- Respond to your questions and provide support
- Comply with legal obligations
3. TEXT MESSAGES
When you register with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from us about the masterclass, including reminders and related offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of emails, and you can still attend the masterclass.
4. WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and deliver the masterclass, and only for that purpose:
- Marketing and CRM platform. Our registration forms, emails, text messages, and contact records run on a hosted marketing platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel).
- Video hosting. The masterclass and private sessions take place on Zoom.
- Payment processing. VIP purchases are processed by our payment provider, which handles your card details under its own privacy policy.
- Automation and calendar tools. We use tools such as Zapier and Google Calendar to send calendar invitations and connect our systems.
- Analytics and advertising. We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google tools to measure ad performance and Site usage, as described in section 5.
- Community platform. If you join the Techxpert® community, your participation there is governed by Skool's privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
5. COOKIES, PIXELS, AND ANALYTICS
The Site uses cookies and tracking pixels, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. These tools collect information about your visit so we can:
- Understand which pages and ads lead to registrations
- Show you relevant ads on Meta platforms and elsewhere
- Measure and improve the Site
You can control cookies through your browser settings. To limit ad tracking, you can adjust your ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram, and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the Site work.
6. YOUR CHOICES
- Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails, such as your registration confirmation and Zoom link, are sent as part of the service.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
- Calendar invitations. Decline or delete the invitation at any time. It does not affect your registration.
Residents of California and certain other states may have additional rights under local law, including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. 7. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep your contact information for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications or as needed to provide the services you have requested. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.
8. SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using established service providers with their own security safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. CHILDREN
The Site and masterclass are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Site links to third-party sites and services, including Zoom, Skool, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This policy does not cover those sites. Review their privacy policies before using them.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
