Why I created this

One Facebook comment turned into a bigger conversation.

As I celebrate 20 years in technology, I made a simple comment on Facebook. Women started reaching out with the same honest questions:

“Where do I start?” “What certifications do I need?” “How do I know which area is right for me?” “How do I transition the experience I already have?”

I realized people did not need more internet noise. They needed access to someone who could make the industry clearer, answer the real questions, and help them see that their experience may be more valuable than they realize. Your Tech Pathway™ grew from that response.

I’m a computer science graduate, technology leader, systems strategist, and founder of Techxpert Institute. I have worked across public, private, government, energy, and higher education environments. I know the industry from the inside, and I know that there is no single path into it.
